What can I expect from our first session?
When you enter my office you will see a call switch. Flip the switch and let me know that you are here. I will come out to get you at our scheduled time. In our first session we will discuss what brought you to therapy along with your goals and expectations.
This is a safe place for you to share your concerns and fears so you get to decide what to share and what you want to focus on.
How long does a session last?
Each session is 50 minutes in length. I value your time and start sessions promptly when scheduled.
Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.
Reduced Fees
If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a limited sliding scale or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs.
Rates
Couples Sessions last 60 minutes and the fee is $200 and Individual Sessions are 50 minutes and the fee is $175.
Payment
Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Venmo are accepted for payment at the time of service.
Insurance
I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
